This site is operated by AdonisNQ ("we," "us," "our"). If you have questions about this policy or your data, open a ticket in the AdonisNQ's Community Discord.
Information you provide. When you connect your Discord account to enter a giveaway, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and, where you grant it, your email address. When you submit a giveaway entry we collect the order number and firm you provide. If you purchase a product, our payment and platform providers process your name, email, and payment details on our behalf.
Lead form information. If you submit one of our contact or community forms, we collect the name, email address, and phone number that you choose to provide. Your phone number may be optional depending on the form. We keep this information in our private records to identify and manage community leads, respond to requests, provide information about the community and its offers, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, and maintain appropriate business records.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our hosting and analytics providers may automatically collect usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
Cookies and similar technologies. We and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
We use the information we collect to operate the site and community, verify and process giveaway entries and select winners, deliver and support products you purchase, communicate with you about your request or the community, prevent fraud and abuse, understand and improve our services, maintain business records, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not use your phone number for automated marketing calls or text messages unless we have the consent required by applicable law.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your name, email address, or phone number, and we do not provide that information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Access is limited to the people and providers who need it to operate this site and community. Lead form information may be stored in a private Google Sheet through Google Sheets, which acts as a service provider for recordkeeping and is not authorized to use the information for its own marketing. We may also share information with other providers that help us host, secure, analyze, or operate the site, or process a transaction or community request.
We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with a subpoena, court order, law, or lawful government request; to detect, investigate, or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; to protect our rights, property, users, or the public; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets. These limited disclosures do not mean that we sell your personal information.
We keep your name, email address, and phone number only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including maintaining legitimate business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing abuse, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements. When the information is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymize it when reasonably practicable. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of non-essential marketing messages at any time. To make a request, open a ticket in our Discord and tell us the email address or other information needed to locate your record. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we may retain information where permitted or required by law. We will honor requests as required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA (California), other applicable U.S. state privacy laws, or the GDPR (EEA/UK); this policy is intended to support those rights as they apply to us.
This site and our services are intended only for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries that may have different data protection laws than your own. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
